A structured fellowship for the next generation of architects and urban planners — open to students at any accredited college, working on real community-first development.
Three Moore Co. transforms underutilized land into vibrant, walkable, affordable, mixed-use communities — long-term, community-first, with a legacy mindset. The Urban Architecture Fellowship puts students inside that work, contributing to live projects. It's open to students at any accredited college; academic credit is available through Arizona State University's internship program for those who can use it.
This isn't coffee runs. Fellows contribute to active development — design, research, and the real machinery of public-private redevelopment.
You'll submit a short application plus your resume and cover letter, a portfolio of architectural or planning work, two references, an official transcript, and — if seeking credit — ASU internship-program verification. From there: portfolio review, an interview with the development team, reference checks, and placement.
Equal opportunity. Three Moore Co. is an equal opportunity organization committed to diversity and inclusion. We welcome applications from candidates of all backgrounds and do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
