Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our host may log basic technical data (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability. We do not currently use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. If we add website analytics in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, request your consent.

How we use your information

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with: service providers who help us operate the site and process form submissions; your university, if you are applying for academic credit; and others where required by law or to protect our rights. Where service providers are used, they are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of it (we do not sell or share it for cross-context advertising). You also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To make a request, email privacy@threemoore.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

Data retention

We keep application and contact information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or de-identify it. We generally retain fellowship application materials for up to 24 months, and contact messages for up to 12 months, unless a longer period is required by law.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information you provide. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
